Itinerary

Day 1Gallipoli

Your journey will start from Istanbul you will be picked up from your hotel and you will be transferred to a tour bus. Upon arrival, you will be provided lunch and then you will be picked up from the restaurant by a tour guide at midnight for the tour to Gallipoli to visit the battlefields of World War I. This tour will be operated with tour bus service and your tour guide will inform you about World War I on your journey.

  • Ari Burnu (First ANZAC landing place)
  • ANZAC Cove
  • Lone Pine Cemetery (Australian memorial, View of Shrapnel Valley, Turkish Memorial, The Nek, and Walker´s Ridge, Chunuk Bair (Main New Zealand memorial))
  • Johnston’s Jolly (walk in the ANZAC trenches)

After the tour, your tour guide will drop you off to your hotel in Downtown.

Day 2Troy and Pergamon

On the second day of your tour, you will be picked up from your hotel with a tour bus and tour guide at 09:00 am for a tour of Troy to discover the ancient cities and legends.

  • Remains of the various cities from Troy I through to Troy IX

  • Acropolis

Continue to your journey your tour guide and driver will drive you to Pergamum. There you’ll explore the impressive Acropolis, the actual ancient city, and see the Altar of Zeus.

Later continue the tour to Asklepion, the famous medical center of classical times, you’ll also visit the Red Basilica (St. John’s Church). There you’ll see the remains of a basilica and some architectural fragments from the Roman period. Upon driving back to Izmir you’ll enjoy a panoramic ride of Smyrna, the third largest city in Turkey and one of the sites of the Seven Churches of Asia. Overnight in Izmir.

Day 3Ephesus

On the third day of the tour, you will be transferred from your hotel to Ephesus city center by private minibus and meet your guide there. You will be informed about the history of Ephesus before exploring the ancient city.

Places to visit: Great Amphitheater, Library of Celsius, Ephesus Ancient City Harbor Street, House of Virgin Mary, Isabey Mosque, Temple of Artemis, Temple of Hadrian, and Ephesus Amphitheater.

After the tour, your driver and tour guide will drop you off at your hotel. Overnight at your Ephesus hotel.

Day 4Pamukkale

You will be picked up from your hotel by a private minibus and private tour guide at 09:00 for the Pamukkale tour to enjoy the natural calcium pools created by thermal water. As Ephesus is far from Pamukkale, it will be a 3-hour journey by private minibus service, but a local tour guide will accompany you and you will be informed in advance about the following places to visit.

Places to visit: Necropolis, Domitian Gate, Agora, Byzantine Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Temple of Apollo, Plutonium, Theater and Ancient Pool of Cleopatra, Hierapolis, Calcium Pools, Latrina, Frontinus Street, Roman Baths.

Note: Please take your swimsuit with you as you will have free time to swim in Cleopatra’s Pool.

After the tour, you will be transferred to Denizli Airport for your flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be welcomed by our representative at Istanbul Airport with a name sign with your name on it. You will be transferred to your hotel in Istanbul and an overnight stay will be made in Istanbul. Our service ends here, we hope you enjoyed your 4 days in Turkey.
