This well-paced itinerary offers a comprehensive exploration of some of Turkey’s most iconic cultural and natural landmarks, blending history, spirituality, and breathtaking landscapes into an unforgettable journey.

Day 1: Ephesus Tour – Istanbul to Kusadasi

Morning: Depart early from Istanbul to Ephesus by private vehicle. The journey will take approximately 6 hours.
Afternoon: Upon arrival in Ephesus, begin your exploration of one of the most significant archaeological sites in Turkey. First, visit the ancient city of Ephesus, renowned for having one of the largest collections of Roman ruins in the Eastern Mediterranean. Continue to the House of Virgin Mary, believed to be the final residence of Mary, the mother of Jesus. Next, marvel at the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Evening: After your tour, transfer to your hotel in Kusadasi for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Kusadasi to Pamukkale

Morning: After breakfast at your hotel, depart Kusadasi for Pamukkale, a 2-hour drive.
Midday: Explore Pamukkale’s natural wonders—its stunning white travertine terraces formed by the mineral-rich thermal waters. You’ll also visit Hierapolis, the ancient Roman spa city, where you can swim in the ancient thermal pools.
Evening: Spend the night in Pamukkale, where you’ll check into your hotel.

Day 3: Pamukkale to Konya and Cappadocia

Morning: After breakfast, depart Pamukkale and drive approximately 5 hours to Konya.
Afternoon: In Konya, visit the Mevlana Mausoleum, the resting place of the renowned mystic poet and philosopher, Rumi. Explore the Rumi Museum, which is an important center of Islamic culture and spirituality.
Evening: After your visit to Konya, continue the journey to Cappadocia for an overnight stay at your hotel in the region.

Day 4: Cappadocia Tour

Early Morning: If the weather permits, start your day with an optional hot-air balloon ride to witness Cappadocia’s spectacular landscape from above.
Morning: Embark on a full-day tour of Cappadocia. Visit Devrent Valley (Imaginary Valley) to see uniquely shaped rock formations, and then explore Monks Valley, home to fairy chimneys and rock-hewn dwellings.
Afternoon: Discover Zelve, an amazing cave town that once housed one of the largest communities in the region. Lastly, visit the Goreme Open-Air Museum, which features rock-carved churches with ancient frescoes.
Evening: Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cappadocia.

Day 5: Cappadocia to Istanbul

Morning: After breakfast, depart from Cappadocia for an 8-hour drive back to Istanbul.
Afternoon/Evening: Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be dropped off at your hotel to conclude the tour.
